We work on a wide range of projects from simple modifications to complex installations. We manage the entire fabrication process, collaborating with skilled fabricators to create stainless-steel structures and platforms. As follows are some of the main things we do.
Skids
We are experts in bespoke pharmaceutical skids and offer a complete engineering service from design and manufacture to installation and commissioning. The skids can be stationary or mobile and contain pipe-networks, process equipment, electrical equipment, instrumentation and control automation.
All our skids are designed to European, local and client specific standards such as PED, machinery directive and ATEX. They undergo rigorous in-house testing and are supplied with all the necessary ETOP documentation for full compliance and peace of mind.
Containment & Sampling Solutions
We design and manufacture bespoke containment and sampling solutions to minimise operator exposure to dangerous products. With a much greater focus on health and safety and an ever-changing regulatory environment, we have seen a significant increase in the demand for such solutions.
We review your specific sampling or containment requirements on your site to fully understand your requirements. We can then apply our vast experience of previous projects to determine the best design to deliver the most effective solution. Solutions provided include sample boxes, sampling spools, charging containment systems and glove boxes.
Pharmaceutical Wash Racking Systems
We design and manufacture cleaning process equipment such as wash racks and wash rack transport trollies. We use 3D scanning and modelling to locate precise water flow nozzles and ensure that all customer parts are orientated in prime positions for the cleaning cycles.
Ergonomic design and superior quality of finish are hallmarks of the systems we deliver. We design all our racks and trolleys around the specific needs of our customers, aimed at easy loading/unloading and smooth entry into the wash chamber.
Bespoke Electro-Mechanical Machines
Each of our clients has their own unique circumstances and challenges which often require bespoke electro-mechanical machines. Using our experience in design, pharmaceutical operations and cGMP manufacturing processes, we can design and develop a solution to meet any bespoke machine requirement.
From initial concept design to installation, we will both collaborate and give guidance through the entire process. We can create everything from a simple standalone mechanical unit to a fully integrated assembly system, whatever is required for your specific manufacturing activities.
Pharma Equipment Install Design & Fab
We have vast experience designing the integration of new machinery into existing manufacturing facilities. We use 3D scanning to create an accurate model of the existing facility where the new machine installation is planned. Vendor supplied 3D models of new machines can be incorporated to our 3D scanned area which allows us to start designing the required changes months ahead of the expected delivery date.
In addition, our in-house fabrication and installation capabilities mean we can pre-manufacture and install much of the ancillary equipment before the central piece of equipment arrives. The net result is your new process machine is operational within an extremely short installation window.
Complex Access Solutions
We have gained considerable experience over the years solving machine access requirements that are often extremely challenging. Utilising 3D scanning and the latest manufacturing technologies, we specialise in reviewing and solving the most difficult access requirements.
We complete all the design, manufacture and installation in-house which means you can be safe in the knowledge that the solution we propose is a solution we can deliver. We design and manufacture under BS EN 1090 (CE Marking standard), for special or fixed applications.
